If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns
 

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Certain items (e.g., sale, clearance, or personalized/custom products) may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
