Immune Builder: The Luxurious Fruit Raspberry:
Raspberries are high in fiber, which can help with weight management, lower blood sugar and cholesterol, and improve gut health. Get Your Ingredients Together:
A simple smoothie recipe that's Sooo! tasty
1 1/2 cup of washed raspberries
1 washed and peeled lemon
¾ cup of honey
1 washed and peeled beet ( if you desire you can blanch the beet for 2 minutes then peel)
1 washed and peeled ginger root
teaspoon of paprika
teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 cup of ice
Make sure that your fruits and vegetables are cleaned.
Remove the skin from your beet, lemon, and ginger.
Juice the lemon
Blanch your beet for no more than 5 minutes
Chop the beet and ginger
Place all the ingredients in the blender or mixer
Add the 2 cups of ice
Add the paprika for kick
Add a sprinkle of aloe power for healing
Add some honey or Java fruit for a natural sweetener
Blend and drink

Depending on the amount of Raspberry mix you can freeze, you can also store for later healthy drink.
