Immune Builder: The Luxurious Fruit Raspberry:

Raspberries are high in fiber, which can help with weight management, lower blood sugar and cholesterol, and improve gut health. Red raspberries contain raspberry ketone, which may increase metabolism and reduce appetite. They are high in ellagic acid, a known chemo-preventative, and have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Raspberries contain omega-3 fatty acids, which can help prevent heart disease and stroke. Grab you a basket of raspberries and enjoy the sweet tasting fruit~

Get Your Ingredients Together:


A simple smoothie recipe that's Sooo! tasty

  • 1 1/2 cup of washed raspberries

  • 1 washed and peeled lemon

  • ¾ cup of honey

  • 1 washed and peeled beet ( if you desire you can blanch the beet for 2 minutes then peel)

  • 1 washed and peeled ginger root

  • teaspoon of paprika

  • teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 2 cup of ice

  1. Make sure that your fruits and vegetables are cleaned.

  2. Remove the skin from your beet, lemon, and ginger.

  3. Juice the lemon

  4. Blanch your beet for no more than 5 minutes

  5. Chop the beet and ginger

  6. Place all the ingredients in the blender or mixer

  7. Add the 2 cups of ice

  8. Add the paprika for kick

  9. Add a sprinkle of aloe power for healing

  10. Add some honey or Java fruit for a natural sweetener

  11. Blend and drink
