Booking Policy: To secure your online ad consultation, clients are required to book through our official scheduling platform. Upon booking, a confirmation email with the consultation details and a secure payment link will be sent. Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. Clients must ensure all relevant information and goals for the consultation are shared at least 12 hours prior to the meeting to make the most of our time together. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the Ad is place and starts visibly running to receive a full refund or credit toward a future ad placement. Late cancellations (under 12 hours) are non-refundable. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us directly if you experience extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate a one-time courtesy reschedule.
