We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds: 

Returns You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Certain items (e.g., sale, clearance, or personalized/custom products) may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges: If you need to exchange for a different size, color, or style, we’ll be happy to help—subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
