Returns You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Certain items (e.g., sale, clearance, or personalized/custom products) may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges: exchange for a different book or title only

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

• Handle with clean, dry hands to help prevent stains, oils, and dirt from transferring to the pages.
• Use a bookmark instead of folding page corners to mark your place.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on top of books, as this may bend covers or damage the binding.
• When removing a book from a shelf, grasp it from the middle of the spine rather than pulling from the top edge.
• Keep books away from food, beverages, pets, and small children when possible.
• Dust covers and page edges gently with a soft, dry cloth as needed.

Paperback Books

Paperback books are designed for everyday reading. Open the book gently to avoid placing unnecessary stress on the spine or binding.

Hardcover Books

Hardcover books provide additional durability but should still be handled with care. If your book includes a dust jacket, consider removing it while reading to help protect it from tears and wear.

Note: Slight variations in color, paper texture, or printing are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
